The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and government reporting requirements.
• Handle general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial closing activities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries, invoices, and other financial transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits.
• Support management in decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Supervise junior accountants or accounting staff (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Accountancy (CPA license is an advantage).
• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar).
