• Assist in daily accounting operations such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and official receipts
• Record financial transactions accurately in accounting systems
• Assist in monitoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash monitoring
• Maintain organized accounting documents and reports
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial concerns
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy (preferred) or any accounting-related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Familiar with MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Willing to learn and open to training
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate with numbers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Honest, reliable, and with strong work ethics
