Description:

• Ensures accurate sales reconciliation across branches
• Bank reconciliations and audits
• Reconciles cash collections
• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
• Comply with all company and financial regulations
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
• Creating reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• In charge of all BIR Tax reports
• In charge of payroll
• In charge of government contributions (sss, pagibig, philhealth, etc.)
• Manage petty cash funds
• Responsible in billing
• Responsible in collection
• Bookkeeping
• Other accounting-related

Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm

with one Saturday (every last Saturday of the month)

Salary: Php 25,000

Location: Kapitolyo, Pasig City

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Can start ASAP
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Knowledgeable of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• Proficient in computer skills in MS Office particularly Excel
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
• Willing to learn and accept other Finance related responsibilities
