Job Description:

• Checks/verifies the Checks and Vouchers for Monthly Payment and Expenses
• In Charge in all bank, BIR, SSS, HDMF and Philhealth transactions
• Prepares monthly Government Remittances (BIR, SSS etc.)
• In Charge of preparing and processing Business Permit Requirements
• Prepares and processes Company Payroll
• Prepares Bank Reconciliation
• Monitoring of Company payables
• Other Accounting-related matters

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• At least five to six years of experience in accounting management and operations.
• Strong background in the various aspects of accounting and/or bookkeeping, particularly in Financial Statement preparation.
• Above average analytical and communication skills and has keen eyes for details.
• Self-starter, open-minded, systematic and well organized, a team player and at the same time a team leader.
• Reliable, trustworthy and approachable.
