Description

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and general ledger maintenance
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support the preparation and filing of tax returns and other compliance documents
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of bookkeeping processes and procedures
• Track company expenses and assist with budgeting

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any business related courses, an edge but not required (Accountancy, Management Accounting, Business Administration)
• Any college degree is required for this position
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance requirements, an edge but not required, as long as wiling to learn
• NCII Bookkeeping Certification is a significant advantage.
