Job Title: Accounting Staff

Salary Range: ₱22,000 – ₱28,000 (depending on experience)

Job Description:

The Accounting Staff will assist in handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The role requires attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports
• Record and monitor daily accounting transactions
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Assist in data entry and documentation of accounting-related files
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with financial statements, balance sheets, and basic bookkeeping
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Can work under pressure, especially during peak periods
• Can start as soon as possible
