Accounting Supervisor/ Manager, organize and analyze financial records. Work closely with company Management and finance professionals to organize financial documents and implement efficient accounting procedures. Your job is to oversee company employees to ensure they implement effective accounting procedure and answer questions about financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledgeable in ERP and Accounting Systems.
• Strong background in Financial Statements preparations, including income statements, cash flow and balance sheet
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is advantage
• With proven 3 to 5 years above experience as Accounting Supervisor/ Manager who has Strong background in Cost Accounting, Taxation, Financial Report in a manufacturing industry is an edge.
• Solid experience in Taxation including preparation and filing tax returns (VAT Income Tax, Withholding Tax etc.) and dealing with tax compliance issues and audit.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Tax Services:Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and businesses, providing tax planning advice, and representing clients before tax authorities.
• Financial Analysis:Evaluating financial performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve financial health and profitability.
• Consulting:Offering expert guidance on accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to clients.
• Auditing: Conducting both internal and external audits to assess financial controls, identify risks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
