Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Tax Preparation and Filing:

  • Prepare and file all national and local tax returns for the firm, including income tax, business tax, and payroll tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with all Philippine tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of tax payments and filings.


Payroll Processing:

  • Process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, withholding taxes and other deductions, and issuing paychecks.

Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws.


General Accounting:

  • Maintain the firm's general ledger and chart of accounts.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Track and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Other Duties:

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting and tax laws in the Philippines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.

Syarat-syarat

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related course.
  • At least 1 year experience as accounting analyst preferably from a realty company
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with tax preparation and filing in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and relevant Philippine labor laws.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
