We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of finance and accounting. The successful candidate will assist with essential financial tasks and projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with filing, data entry, research, and recording, ensuring the maintenance of accurate and complete financial records.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, invoices, and other necessary documents.
• Take on additional tasks or projects to gain a deeper understanding of accounting and office operations.
• Aid in the compilation and analysis of financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new accounting procedures to enhance the workflow of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business related any related program
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, start-up work environment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks with tight deadlines; capable of handling pressure well, especially during audits and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic about learning and applying new skills.
