Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with PFRS & tax regulations
• Generate financial reports and data-driven insights for management

Accounts & Compliance Management

• Manage accounts payable, receivables, and bank reconciliations
• Handle manual audits (Excel-based)
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets

Team Leadership & Retail Accounting

• Lead and mentor a 16-member accounting team
• Oversee inventory accounting & cash flow management
• Analyze sales data to optimize financial strategies

Who We’re Looking For:

• CPA
