We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the accounting team and supporting management in financial planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and company policies.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluation to accounting staff.
• Perform other related functions as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
