The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Accountancy or any Finance related courses
• Can start ASAP
• Preferably with experience in Tax
• Have a Managerial experiences
• Willing to work in MANDALUYONG CITY

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the accounting team in daily work.
• Check and verify all financial transactions and records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Make sure payroll is processed correctly and on time.
• Handle bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
• Help prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure all BIR and government requirements are followed.
• Keep financial records organized and updated.
• Work with auditors during audits.
• Suggest ways to improve accounting processes.
• Do other finance tasks assigned by management.
