Organize, coordinate and supervise the accounting operation of real estate through the effective implementation of accounting internal controls, providing managerial skills, direction and guidance to accounting staffs.
Oversee the full cycle accounting and financial reporting for real estate operations
Responsible for the regulatory compliance and tax compliance
Accurate monitoring of property-related transactions, project development costs, and revenue recognition.
Assist in the review of the financial statements and auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.
Develop and maintain financial databases as source of financial information. Compile and analyze data for strategic planning.
Introduce improvements/ new processes in the workflow area.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Assist in the review of the statutory and BIR reports to ensure that they are free from misstatements and are submitted on time

Certified Public Accountant is a required
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Proficient in MS Excel, Accounting System (e.g. Navision)
Strong understanding of Tax Law and regulatory compliance
Minimum of 3 years in accounting
Real estate experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to manager multiple deadlines
Excellent communication and coordination skills
