JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• W/ at least 2 year of Accounting Experience
• W/ at least 1 Year Experience in Audit
• With above or average skill in working with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Highly efficient, can multitask and can handle a great amount of workload
• Has initiative and able to work in a fast paced environment; has attention to detail
• Able to work competently with minimal supervision
• Approachable, courteous, and has integrity
• Organized and able to delegate tasks and oversee staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
• Conduct audits and review financial records to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to manage financial data accurately.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to junior staff, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all financial matters.
• Support the finance team in various ad hoc projects and process improvements.
