The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for managing all financial aspects of the organization, including financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strategic financial planning, accurate record-keeping, and effective leadership of the finance and accounting team.

• Develop and manage the organization’s budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure financial liquidity.
• Implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making by management.
• Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare management reports, including variance analysis, profitability reports, and financial forecasts.
• Present financial performance and key insights to stakeholders and executive management.
• Develop and implement dashboards and KPIs to track financial performance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and financial regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team accountability.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices in financial operations.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
