The Accounting Manager will oversee the full financial function of the company, ensuring that the company maintains healthy financial operations, controls, and scalability. The role is both operational and strategic — from building monthly P\&L and cash flow models, to supporting fundraising and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prepare the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement on a monthly basis.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, AR/AP, inventory costing, and monthly closings.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management and investors.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor daily cash inflows/outflows, optimize working capital, and manage credit lines/loans.
• Forecast liquidity needs and prepare cash flow projections.
• Ensure proper claims collection from platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee).

Controls & Compliance

• Implement strong internal controls to prevent shrinkage, theft, or financial leakage.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and ensure timely filing of taxes and government submissions.

Financial Strategy & Fundraising

• Support the CEO in fundraising, valuation, and financial modeling.
• Prepare investor decks, board reports, and due diligence materials.
• Monitor and improve unit economics, margins, and profitability metrics.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent; CPA a plus.
• 5–8 years of finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a startup, e-commerce, fintech, or high-growth SME.
• Strong background in P\&L management, cash flow forecasting, balance sheet controls, and reconciliations.
• Skilled in financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and accounting tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: willing to roll up sleeves and work across strategy and execution.
