Penerangan

Maintain and update accounting records and files
Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and vouchers
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle payroll and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Finance Officer or Management

Syarat-syarat

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field
With at least [X] years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
Knowledgeable in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Familiar with BIR reports, tax filing, and government contributions
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
