We’re a growing Vietnamese coffee brand with a passion for great coffee, community, and operational excellence. As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our administrative team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

The Accounting Assistant will support the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, reconciliations, invoice processing, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in learning more about accounting in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and prepare payments
• Perform daily bank and POS reconciliations across multiple store locations
• Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
• Organize receipts, documents, and digital files
• Prepare expense reports
• Communicate with store managers regarding cash flow, invoices, and discrepancies
• Help with year-end financial audits and tax preparations

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience (hospitality industry a plus)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
