• Aids the manager in providing clients with high-quality, customer-focused services and in processing finance and accounting transactions in a fast and correct manner, among other related activities.
• Help in developing strategies, establishing and accomplishing operational goals, and monitoring and reporting service performance.
• In charge of supervising, inspiring, and guiding their group of accounting and finance experts.
• Make sure the team is proactive, client-focused, and cross-trained.
• Make an effort to inspire their team members and enhance the Finance and Accounting procedures.
