• Will be responsible in handling escalated and complex customer service issues, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs
• Track and report service performance, contributing to strategic financial results within their area
• Identify work-related issues, investigate causes using available methods or resources, develop and suggest alternative solutions for continuous improvement
• Assist in the development strategies and establishing operational goals, collaborating closely with the Delivery Manager.
• Train team members on process changes and updates, ensuring team members are aligned with current best practices.
