We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Staff (Entry Level) to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording and verifying financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and financial concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
