Responsible for handling the company's daily financial transactions, including expense reimbursements, revenue recognition, and cost accounting, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all financial records;
Preparation and analysis of financial statements, compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements), and regularly providing relevant financial data and analytical reports to management to support project decisions;
Assisting in the formulation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing budget variances, and providing feasible recommendations to management;
Providing accurate financial data support based on business needs, assisting projects and departments in financial planning;
Assisting in the optimization of financial processes and systems to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial work;
Participating in the establishment and maintenance of the company's financial internal control systems to ensure compliance and security of financial operations;
Assisting with external audit work by providing necessary financial data and materials, ensuring a smooth auditing process.
