Accounting Staff


Position Overview

The Accounting Staff is responsible for performing day-to-day financial and accounting tasks to support the Finance/Accounting Department. This role ensures accuracy in financial records, assists in preparing reports, and helps maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Record and verify daily financial transactions (e.g., sales, expenses, disbursements).
  • Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting files and documentation.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) monitoring.
  • Update and maintain general ledger entries and journals.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (suppliers, auditors, banks).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting-related duties as required


Requirements Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and high regard for confidentiality.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with government compliance requirements (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for PH-based roles.
  • Experience with bookkeeping or payroll is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
