• Maintain and update accounting records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Track and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• At least 6 months to 1 year work experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role preferred, but not always required.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, journal entries, reconciliations).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
