Review, verify, and process all incoming invoices and expense reports.
Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents to ensure proper documentation and authorization.
Enter and maintain vendor bills in the accounting system.
Prepare and process voucher for check payments
Reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
Respond to inquiries regarding payments and invoices.
Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency in the AP process.

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MS Excel).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
