• Preparing, reviewing, and reconciling financial statements, reports, and transactions.
• Processing accounts payable and receivable.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Managing payroll, tax filings, and other financial documentation.
• Maintaining general ledger entries and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize financial operations.

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• An associate degree or relevant certifications (such as a CPA or bookkeeping certificate) may also be acceptable for some roles.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is often required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS, depending on the region).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
