Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Accounting Assistant, Bookkeeper, or Administrative Assistant
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proficient in accounting software
• Skilled in Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and OneDrive
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

1. Manage and reconcile financial accounts, including accounts payable. 
2. Maintain and update financial records and databases. 
3. Assist with payroll processing and tax-related tasks. 
4. Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organising files. 
5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. 
6. Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems. 
7. Assist with general operational tasks and issues in the Accounting department as needed.
