We need an ACCOUNTING OR BILLING SPECIALIST who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of collections.


Important Note:

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate, timely client invoices with complete documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records, ensuring accurate aging reports, proper application of credits and collections, and resolution of discrepancies, including uncollectible accounts.
  •  Proactively monitor and collect receivables through phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Issue official receipts and complete all related tax documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Cooperate accounting operations, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws and regulations, including computation, filing, and payment of VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other statutory obligations.

Syarat-syarat

  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing Specialist, ideally within a logistics or service-based company.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — must be confident, persistent, and results-oriented.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with AR policies and audit processes is a plus.
