Bookkeeping and preparation of accounting schedules of assigned client/s.
Check and file all accounting documents of assigned client/s in systematic order.
Writing transactions on books of accounts of client/s.
Prepare financial statements and other reports as required by the assigned client/s.
Prepare and file tax returns of assigned client/s and assist on the payment thereof.
Prepare payroll of assigned client/s as needed.
Prepare monthly premium contributions, loans, etc. of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig of the assigned client/s and to carry out all necessary process in line with any and all other statutory concerns/transactions/communications as needed.
Perform fieldwork as needed.
Maintain good communication with the assigned client/s and coordinate with the assigned client/s for any clarifications, documentation, requests, etc.
Maintain monitoring system of assigned tasks.
Provide assistance in coordinating with co-employees and clients in line with preparation/mailing/delivery of documents via couriers, etc. as needed.
Provide assistance in other areas of accounting work that are not covered above.
