As the Accounting Supervisor at Global Empire Manufacturing Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, and will see you leading a team of accounting professionals to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial reporting and compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise a team of accounting personnel and oversee their day-to-day tasks
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and transactions
• Implement and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits
• Ensure the company's compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting supervisory or managerial role
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
