Key Responsibilities

1.Daily Financial Recording :Record all financial transactions, including sales, receipts, disbursements, and journal entries, in a timely and accurate manner.

2.Accounts Payable & Receivable Support : Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable by tracking invoices, payments, and collections to ensure proper documentation and posting.

3.Cash & Bank Monitoring : Maintain records of cash on hand and bank transactions. Assist in bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between accounting records and bank statements.

4.Document Management :Organize, file, and maintain financial documents such as invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment records for audit and reference purposes.

5.Reporting Support: Prepare basic financial summaries and schedules as required by management and the accounting team.

6.Compliance & Controls: Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with company policies and basic accounting standards while maintaining data confidentiality.

7.Coordination & Support: Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing, payment status, and documentation requirements.

8.Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time
