Are you a meticulous and proactive accounting professional ready to take ownership of property financial reporting join 110 Consultants Inc. as a Property Accountant. This crucial, full-time role involves comprehensive financial management for our commercial property portfolio spanning Pasig City.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

As our Property Accountant, you will be the financial steward for our assets, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reporting Excellence: Prepare, review, and finalize accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for property assets, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform rigorous reconciliation of all property-related general ledger accounts, identifying and promptly resolving discrepancies or unusual transactions.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Assist with the development of property budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the client.
• Transaction Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all property transactions, including revenue (rentals), operating expenses, capital expenditures, and income streams.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure strict adherence to relevant accounting standards (e.g., PFRS/IFRS), tax regulations, and internal financial policies. Support internal and external audits as required.

What We Are Looking For (Mandatory Qualifications)

We are seeking a candidate who combines technical accounting proficiency with a proactive, analytical mindset.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in a dedicated accounting role. Experience with property, real estate, or general ledger accounting is highly advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of fundamental financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in using computerized accounting systems (ERP/Accounting Software), spreadsheets (advanced Excel preferred), and data analysis tools.
• Professional Traits: Must be highly Proactive, Honest, and possess a strong working attitude.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle and reconcile large datasets accurately.
• Communication: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Tax/Compliance: Working knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
