  • Recording of sales invoice in Odoo system.
  • Responsible for the Review and approval of contract tagging for all the branches.
  • In-charge for the issuance of Delivery Receipt & Val out.
  • In-charge for issuance of Invoices.
  • In-charge for monitoring of Series no for Vatable DR and Sales Invoice.
  • Monitor unbilled Delivery receipt.
  • Organize Filling of DR’s and Invoices.
  • Responsible in Generating Sales Reports in compliance with BIR.
  • Ensure Billing Practices comply with BIR regulation and company policies.
  • Coordination with Data Analyst to Ensure timely submission of Sales Report and make an analysis per AE, Per Branch, Per Product Category and Per architect/ designer.
  • Attends to other related concerns and performs other duties as may be assigned by Accounting Manager / Management.

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 1-3 years in related field is required
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Knowledge in Odoo system is an advantage.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
