Job Description:

• Responsible for all BIR compliance such as monthly, quarterly and annual filing of VAT, withholding tax on compensation and expanded (BIR Form 1601E/C, 1702Q, 2550M/Q, 1604E, 2316, 0605, Alphalist and VAT Relief)
• Prepares monthly summary on Government Contributions such as SSS, HDMF, Philhealth contributions and loans remittance
• Responsible for safekeeping of all Accounting and BIR files
• Prepares the summary of expenses monthly
• Responsible for Annual Preparation of ITR, FS, GIS, and Business permits.
• Monitoring of monthly sales of the companies

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• With work experience in accounts payable, and handling of BIR payments and the like.
• Must have extensive experience managing AP, Financial Reporting, TAX/BIR Functions
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Work location is at New Manila, Quezon City, near Robinson's Magnolia. Applicant must have no transportation problem
• Have good organization skills and memory
• Willing to start ASAP
