Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare and review vouchers, invoices, and official receipts
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Maintain and organize accounting files and financial documents
• Assist with audits and provide required financial information
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (banks, auditors, suppliers)
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
