Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt payments and collections.
Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and tax filings in line with regulatory requirements.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies through account analysis.
Verify the accuracy of journal entries, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
Monitor inventory costs, financial transactions, and operational spending.
Work with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Support financial audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
Keep current with accounting regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
Carry out other finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
1 year of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply).
Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices, financial reporting, and government tax compliance.
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Solid analytical skills and accuracy when working with numbers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
Experience in processing Government permits and Tax compliance
