Document Handling & Organization

  • Check for missing or incomplete submissions
  • Scan, label, and file (hard and soft copies)
  • Upload to client folders per naming rules

Vouching & Initial Review

  • Verify amounts, completeness, proper TINs, BIR requirements
  • Flag questionable items for Accountant review

Encoding & Record-Keeping

  • Input transactions (receipts, invoices, payroll) into QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel
  • Help prepare VAT workings, EWT schedules, and reconcile entries

Books & Compliance Support

  • Assist in posting into BIR-registered books (e.g. CRJ, CDJ, GJ, GL)
  • Help assemble filing packs and upload proof of filing
  • Maintain audit-ready records

Quality Assurance & Team Support

  • Endorse outputs for checking
  • Maintain trackers, coordinate with interns, suggest process improvements


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (BS Accountancy) or related field (e.g., Financial Management, Accounting Technology).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or audit support are preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (spreadsheets and basic formulas).
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles (journal entries, general ledger).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
  • Highly organized with excellent document and file management skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions precisely.
