Penerangan

  • Record daily sales, expenses, and transactions in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and POS reports.
  • Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain AP/AR records.
  • Monitor and track inventory purchases, cost allocations, and petty cash usage.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, commissions for stylists/therapists, and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in closing activities.
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations.
  • Communicate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation and digital filing of financial records.

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in retail, spa, or wellness industries.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of inventory accounting and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
