Penerangan

  • Accounting Staff/Inventory Staff
  • Assists in the monthly physical inventory counts for both outside and inside warehouse
  • Prepare Monthly Importation Cost Sheet relating to Spare parts and other Raw Materials (ORM) and other accounts received, considering factors such as purchase price, freight cost and other additional charges.
  • Prepare necessary journal entries pertaining to ORM and Spare parts (borrow, transfer, etc) and other accounts related to importation.
  • Regularly reconcile with the Storeroom and Procurement Team on the spare parts and other raw materials local and imported receipts for the month
  • Regularly reconcile physical spare parts and raw material inventory with regards to discrepancies noted during physical month end inventory count.
  • Prepare and consolidate yearly Inventory Listing (Bunawan & Carmen) for submission to BIR

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, or Accounting Technology graduate.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to learn and keen to details.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Has patience in analysis.
  • Industrious.
