  1. Process vendor invoices and payment requests accurately.
  2. Maintain organized records of invoices and payments.
  3. Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  4. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
  5. Support month-end closing processes.
  6. Assist with audits as required.
  7. Collaborate with other departments as needed.


  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment with a standard work schedule.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
