Responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports to ensure accurate and timely accounting operations.

Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
2. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
3. Assist in payroll preparation and employee reimbursement processing.
4. Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
5. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
