JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related Field
• With 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable role
• With experience working in a BPO Company
• Amendable to work in shifting schedule
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure invoices comply with company policies, tax rules, and client requirements.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment status inquiries
• Perform accounts payable aging analysis and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Address invoice discrepancies, mismatches, and payment issues.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to streamline workflows.
