Position: Procure-to-Pay Senior Manager

Company Industry: Shared Services

Work Location: Quezon City

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary: Php 170,000- Php 220,000

Work Set Up: Hybrid Setup (3 times a month RTO)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 9 to 10 years of work experience in procurement or finance operations
• At least 5 years in a leadership
• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing to work in shifting schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead global sourcing activities for indirect spend, focusing on cost savings and strong supplier performance.
• Drive the use of AI and automation to streamline invoice processing, improve spend visibility, and assess supplier risk.
• Oversee improvements to the P2P system (Oracle Fusion) to enable automation and data-driven insights.
• Manage key supplier relationships, including supplier onboarding, due diligence, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams to ensure procurement processes run smoothly end to end.
