We are looking for Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable) to help manage the company's financial obligations by processing invoices, verifying payments, and maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely and efficient payment of expenses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices from suppliers.
• Ensuring invoices are accurate and complete, matching purchase orders and receiving reports.
• Posting invoices in the Accounting System.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of invoices, payments, and related documents.
• Monitoring Advances to Officers & Employees, Suppliers and others.
• Communicating with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related field
• 1 year of work experience in a related field
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Strong Time Management skills
• Being able to handle multiple priorities and adjust to changing business conditions
• Strong knowledge of the Accounts Payable process and Accounting.
