JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• With at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable role in a BPO Company
• Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Amenable to work on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To guarantee prompt payment collection, keep an eye on and oversee designated accounts.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices by contacting clients by phone and email.
• Look into and fix billing and payment inconsistencies, including account reconciliation.
• Keep thorough records of all customer interactions and collection activities.
• Work together with internal divisions (such as sales and billing) to address payment-related problems.
• Create and deliver reports on aging analysis and collection status on a regular basis.
• When required, suggest accounts for escalation, legal action, or write-off.
