Position Title: Account Receivable Specialist

Location: Alabang

Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Dayshift

Salary: Up to Php 25k

As an Account Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing collections, credit risks, and billing accuracy. This position involves driving timely payment collections to minimize financial risk, monitoring customer credit limits in accordance with finance policies, and acting as the primary liaison for resolving billing discrepancies. You will also be responsible for executing month-end closing activities, preparing critical ageing and cash flow reports for management, and maintaining audit-compliant records while supporting continuous process improvements within the finance team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing and posting accounting entries (AR, AP, GL)
• Support accounts payable functions, including Matching supplier invoices with supporting documents (PO, DR, SO)
• Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash monitoring
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and files
• Support month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for missing documents or clarifications
• Ensure proper filing (softcopy and hardcopy) of financial documents
• Prepare simple reports and schedules using Excel
• Assist in inventory, fixed asset, or expense tracking if required
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the accountant.
