The Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst is responsible for managing, monitoring, and analyzing all aspects of the company’s accounts receivable process. This role ensures the timely collection of payments, accurate billing, proper account reconciliation, and maintenance of customer records to support healthy cash flow and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received according to agreed credit terms.
• Perform daily reconciliation of accounts receivable balances.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing issues.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports to identify overdue accounts and recommend collection actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and other departments regarding payment concerns or disputes.
• Record and apply customer payments in the accounting system.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
• Support audit requirements and provide necessary AR reports as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
