Position: Billing and Account Receivable Specialist (Hybrid Set Up)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in billing (order to cash)
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Willing to work on a Hybrid Set up
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managed end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established financial procedures.
• Assisted in the preparation and generation of customer invoices based on completed orders, verifying data accuracy and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensured timely and precise delivery of invoices to clients to support smooth payment processing.
• Participated in monthly Accounts Receivable meetings to review On-Account and Suspense Account payments, providing updates and insights on outstanding items.
• Regularly reviewed and updated Desktop Procedures (DTP) to maintain process alignment with current operational standards and best practices.
• Other tasks may be assigned related in accounting
