Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and record customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Post payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and clients regarding billing concerns
• Prepare aging reports and assist in collection efforts
• Maintain accurate AR records and supporting documents
• Assist in month-end closing and AR reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• With at least 6 months–1 year experience in Accounts Receivable (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
