Pasajero Motors Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the oversight of financial operations and ensure strong business performance in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting specific to automotive sales, dealership operations, and service revenue.

- Oversee accounting, cash flow, and cost control across parts, service, and vehicle sales.

- Prepare accurate financial reports and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and industry-specific financial standards.

- Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

- Proven experience as Finance Manager, ideally within the automotive or dealership industry.

- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, controls, and compliance in retail or distribution.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
